Dear Mommy,
I'm going to give you some highlights of my coming weeks (since a full run-down would take many hours and be worthless and boring...)
This Wednesday I get to go to the weekly German film (again.) Last week we enjoyed a German rendition of Harry Potter II (kind of disturbing, actually) but this week we actually get a real-to-goodness Deutsch film. I can't remember the name, but I have to go if I want "Culture" points in Klasse, so there I will be.
Friday- If I'm not home on this day getting Dr.Page to look at my teeth I will be going to some random building date night with the boys from Building 2. Don't ask.....
Saturday- At 2 I have a tailgate party with my ward and then the football game is at 4. I have better seats this time than last game, I'll actually be in the bottom section of the stadium. Yay!
Montag- Ich habe eine Deutschprüfung. (I have a German test. Wish me luck, eh?)
That's all for now because I can't remember my life for 5 minutes, let alone long enough to tell you about it.
P.S. I'm so excited to start Scuba Diving in less than a month!

To celebrate the victory of Mexico over France in the Battle of Puebla (also know as Cinco de Mayo) I will update this blog. Yoom.
Wednesday- We have the Young Women's Mother/Daughter activity this day. Hurry home, we'll hurry and eat, and then we'll hurry and leave. It's casual dress, by the way.
Thursday- If I don't go to Vernal after school, I'll be right home on this day. Try to remember to remind me that we need to send all of those letters on this day so that postage is still low.
Friday- I utterly refuse to be a part of cow day. Don't let Father near my room unless it's to make sure that I wasn't disturbed by the sound of movement in the hallway when he goes to herd cows. Also, my friends are all on the band trip, so I'll be spending the evening with you. We'll eat ice-cream and gossip about the boys we think are cute. If you mention Dad's looks even once, though, the party is over. What chick flick should we watch? Shall we crank the heater up to 75 once Daddy is in bed?
Saturday- I think Katie is going to shoot my senior pictures this day. I don't know what time the best lighting is, so I don't know when I'll be around and when I won't. Are you getting anxious about Kent's phone call yet?
Sunday- Happy Mother's Day, Mom! And we get to call Kent! Yay!
I don't know many other details about my next few weeks, but I can point out some big things:
May 20, a Wednesday, is Senior Awards night. Make sure both your's and Dad's evening is free.
May 21 is Senior Sluff Day (I got to schedule it. How cool is that? I'm the official in charge of Senior Truancy Day. You should be so proud of me. I did everything I could to snag this position.) If you get asked any questions about it, however, you know nothing. I don't want to be punished for this.
May 24, a Sunday, is seminary graduation.
May 29, GRADUATION.
May 30 I sleep ALL DAY.
May 31 I panic because I don't know what I want to do with the rest of my life.
Well, that's it. Take a deep breath and relax.

Tuesday- I've got a church meeting to plan seminary graduation at 7 pm at the West Stake Center, so I might see you for only a few minutes before I have to leave. However, to make sure that I'm always in your thoughts, I'm going to leave you with a list of things that I need you to hunt down for me for Sterling Scholar. It will be hard, and you may not survive the wreckage, but you must try. Good luck.
Wednesday- I'll be leaving for Wicked before school is done, so I may only see you in the wee morning hours of this day. I'll try to have my phone charged before I leave, but don't expect me to always have it on me, because I'm definitely not taking it in the theatre. I'll call you when we get out there, though, so that you know I'm safe and well. We'll most likely be staying with the Gumucio's, who are family friends.
Thursday- We'll drive home this day, but I have work at night, so I won't see you this day either.
Friday- I work in the morning, but there is no school, so I will frantically try to finish Health and Sterling Scholar. You will be called upon to help me. I will cry and blame you for all of my problems. Don't worry, it's not really your fault, I am just using the defense mechanism called "projection."
Saturday- Much the same as Friday. Don't let me become distracted with anything that I would actually enjoy.
Sunday- Happy Easter, Mother. I would really like you to hop like Peter Cottontail down the hallway and hide eggs about the house. How did a rabbit end up with eggs anyway? Mysterious...

Dear Mum,
Here's the summary:
Monday- I got nothin'. I'll be home in the evening, so expect a good healthy dose of the Haslem Family Home Evening. You prepare snacks, I'll take the lesson/activity and Daddy-O can pick up our copious slack. We're going to sing this time (regardless of you peoples' excuses and attitude problems,) so prepare yourself emotionally.
Tuesday- Missionary Prep in the morning, so I have to leave early. I'll be home after school, though. I expect that we will celebrate Kent's birthday by moping like little girls. We never fail to mope!
Wednesday- Work in the morning. I'll see you for about 30 minutes when you get home from work, and then I have Young Women. (Maybe I'll sluff work and then tell them that I thought it was a great April Fool's Day prank....just kidding.)
Thursday- Work in the morning and work at night. You will not see me. Ever.
Friday- Work in the morning (AGAIN!) and work at night. Two Friday nights in a row isn't fair, but these are my very last hours, so I've decided to bear persecution quietly. You won't see me this day either.
Saturday- CONFERENCE! I will get to see you this day, as I plan to watch conference at home. At night, however, I will be going to Vernal to watch Chelsee Arnold in her last ballet, Cinderella, and probably won't be home until late.
Sunday- CONFERENCE! Home again, home again, jiggity-jig. And it is this day that I will update you again. If changes to my schedule shall occur during the week, I will post the corrections in a seperate blog for greater clarity. Cheerio.

Mom, I'm creating this blog because I realized it would be a good idea if you had a way to keep track of me, (considering that you probably don't know where I am or what I'm doing over half of the time because I'm never home to tell you.)
Just to let you know, I'm in your dining room at this very moment(creepy.) I have work in the morning, so you won't see me until around 10:30 when I join you at the funeral. The moment that is over I have to go to town to make it to seminary, and since I have work tomorrow night, I'm going to stay in town, so you probably won't glimpse me again until Saturday morning.
On Saturday I work all day, but I'll try to be home in the evening. Maybe then the whole family can go to Monsters vs. Aliens, it's that new show coming out from Pixar that's supposed to be so funny. I think the kids would like to go, and I know that I would like to take them, and I would really like it if everyone came along. How 'bout it, eh?
